Seleria Jean Williams is a licensed and certified speech-language pathologist in Pennsylvania and Delaware.  She is Founder, President, and CEO of The Total Personal Institute (TPI) Consulting Group, LLC offering professional and personal development training, self-esteem and leadership training, life style coaching, and professional consulting services for women.  Seleria is a certified by The Professional Woman Network (PWN) as a Diversity Trainer with special emphasis in women’s issues, diversity, and multiculturalism.  She has been recently appointed to serve as a member of the International Board of Directors of The Professional Woman Network (PWN).  Seleria is also a member of the Professional Woman Speakers Bureau.

As an independent contractor of speech-language services, she specializes in the treatment and management of neurogenic speech and language disorders, management of dysphagia and other swallowing related disorders, voice and diction improvement, accent reduction, and communication skills development. With over 28 years of experience in her profession, she is passionate about the health and well-being of today’s woman with a special interest in empowering women to achieve optimal physical, emotional, and spiritual health.  In addition to her experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist, Seleria serves as a mentor for children with special needs as a Management Team Member for Special Olympics of Philadelphia.

Seleria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Southern University A & M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and a Master‘s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Louisiana State University. Her employment history includes experiences in public schools as a resource teacher, public school Speech-Language Pathologist; Clinical Rehabilitation Director of various outpatient and sub-acute healthcare facilities; Clinical Coordinator and Classroom Instructor for the Speech-Language and Hearing Training Program at Tennessee State University.  She served as a guest lecturer in the Human Behavioral Services Certification Program at Washburn University in Topeka, KS and adjunct faculty member at West Chester University in West Chester, PA.  Seleria holds membership in the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and the Chester County Chapter of the Drifters, Inc.  At her church she is active in various ministries, including the Mind, Body and Soul Ministry. Seleria serves as a role model for women and youth in the different organizations in which she holds membership. She currently resides in West Chester, PA. with her husband John and her two daughters, Mignon Cyrelle and Aria Nicole Williams.  Seleria is available for workshops, public speaking events, and consulting projects.
